Refund Policy

Altradar offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your AltRadar Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team through the About page with your order details.

Cancellations. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in the Partner Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to Pro features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
