This Privacy Notice applies to the AltRadar platform operated by Altradar ("Altradar", "we", "us"). Altradar is the data controller for personal data described in this notice. If you have privacy questions, contact Altradar via our About page.
2. Personal data we collect
- Account data — name (if provided), email address, and login credentials.
- Content you submit — site details you enter in the Partner Portal (site names, locations, acreage, zoning, and other screening attributes).
- Usage and device data — pages viewed, features used, approximate IP address, and device/browser identifiers, used to operate and secure the Service.
- Support communications — messages you send us about the Service.
3. How we use personal data
- To create and manage your account and provide the Service (contract performance).
- To generate AI screening scores and explanations for the sites you submit (contract performance).
- To secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our terms (legitimate interests).
- To improve the Service and fix problems (legitimate interests).
- To handle billing and communicate service updates (contract performance / legitimate interests).
4. How we share data
We share personal data only with:
- Service providers and sub-processors — our cloud hosting, database, and AI model providers that help us operate the Service under contract.
- Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record, which receives data (such as your email and subscription details) to process payments, manage subscriptions, handle tax compliance, and issue invoices.
- Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where necessary.
- Authorities — where required by law.
5. Data retention
We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any right, contact Altradar via our About page; we respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA and believe we mishandled your data, you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect personal data.
8. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, we rely on recognized safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
9. Cookies
The Service uses only essential cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and preserve your settings. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
